Garment Care
All the shirts printed in my studio here in Utah are hand designed and individually pressed so no two are alike. Mild blemishes and fades are natural and part of the unique character of each piece. For best results and longevity, wash inside out on cold and dry low. Otherwise, use and wear it like any other top!
We create each item in our family's garage workshop that welcomes fresh air, muddy boots, and retriever doggos. Although every order is packaged with love, care, and attention to detail, we ask you to please be careful with your items before washing if you have major sensitivities to natural allergens.
For all other items that are printed by a partner, please note any unique care instructions in the item's description. These pieces are printed and shipped from various locations across North America and will have different needs for appropriate care.
Order Processing Time
We make every attempt to process all orders with ready-to-ship items within 5-10 business days. If we have an unusual situation causing the shipment time to be longer, you will be contacted with the option for a refund or to wait until your item is ready.
If an item is a pre-order, you may note the specific processing time in the item's description as it can usually be longer than the allotted 5-10 business days.
If an item is "Printed After Purchase," the processing time will also be noted in the product's description.
Due to an influx in holiday orders and shipping delays, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery timelines after November 1st. Please note this as you plan the shopping season.
Please be patient as our operation is very small and very personalized to the hand-designed items you love...trust us, it'll be worth the wait!

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us with your problem as soon as possible.

We accept returns on certain items* up to 15 days after delivery (we extend this window for the holiday season) and provide a shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive your return, it will take us up to 15 business days to process a refund or store credit minus a flat rate of $9 for return shipping and handling. The flat rate of $9 is only applicable in the USA and additional fees may apply for international returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs as shipping charges are never refundable — this means your refund or store credit will amount to the total amount you paid less the $8 return shipping fee.

Items must have their original tag attached, be unwashed, unworn, and show no signs of wear or damage (such as deodorant markings or excess dog hair). If they arrive in a state that cannot be resold, you will not receive your item back, notification, nor a refund/credit.

If you would like another item in it's place (exchange), we ask that you purchase that directly from the website while going through the return process. If it's on the website, it's available. This is to expedite the process so you can get the right cozy piece faster and avoid having to wait for long processing times and risk the possibility of items going out of stock by the time your return is ready to be processed.

Please note that we often don't carry stock of pre-order items, so be sure to triple check sizing charts as we likely will not have it in stock for exchange.

Local Pickup and Exchange Options
We now offer FREE local delivery to those in Morgan County! I try to deliver on the same day of order, but please allow a few days to process before reaching out. If you have any special requests for your delivery, please add it to the order notes. Otherwise, your package will be dropped in your mailbox or near the front door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout!
What about duties and taxes?
If your order is shipping outside the United States, recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties; Contour is not held liable for any out-of-country tariffs. Legally, the recipient is responsible for all imported goods.
My package is missing...what do I do?
Once your order has been shipped and tracking provided, it is no longer Contour Creative's responsibility. If your package is lost or not delivered, please contact your local shipping centers with an inquiry. If they need more information than you can provide, please feel free to contact us.
Shrinkage
Most of the products we source are pre-shrunk and will continue to stay the same size as when you get them. Be sure to wash in cold water to ensure maximum wear.
Custom Orders
Printing your unique design onto our cozy clothes for you and your project is one of my joys! If you already have a design ready to go, please learn more and fill out the form found here.
If you need someone to create a design for you, I'm happy to work with a graphic artist of your choosing or refer you to one. Contour does not create custom designs.
Larger/Smaller Size Availability
To put all of human kind into the 5 major sizes is silly. Some of our tops are available from XXS to 4XL. Because of low demand, we cannot keep all sizes in stock. If you need a different size, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'd love to try to source a shirt that is the perfect fit for you!
What does "Unisex" mean?
This means typical men's sizing, but many ladies enjoying wearing it too!
