Garment Care
All shirts are hand designed, hand carved into a stamp, and individually pressed so no two are alike. Mild blemishes and fades are natural and part of the unique character of each piece. For best results and longevity, wash cold and dry low. Otherwise, use and wear it like any other top: we pride ourselves on durability and long-lasting print. Our unique printing method allows the ink to become a part of the piece. Although it may fade, our designs won't crack or peel over time: they look better with time!
We create each item on our family farm in a workshop that welcomes fresh air, muddy boots, and retriever doggos. Although every order is packaged with love, care, and attention to detail, we ask you to please be careful with your items before washing if you have major sensitivities to natural allergens.
Handmade Process
Each piece at Contour Creative begins as a drawing in my sketchbook. I then hand-carve it into a stamp. For each shirt, I hand-sew a hem tag somewhere along an edge, then roll the ink onto the stamp, and hand-press each piece. It takes at least one week for the freshly-stamped design to dry. The ink can be messy and thick, making each piece unique, just like those who wear it! Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us with your problem as soon as possible.

To request a return, please review our policies below and forward your order confirmation with details to hello@contourcreative.us

We accept returns on certain items* up to 15 days after delivery (we extend this window for the holiday season) and provide a shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive your return, it will take us up to 15 business days to process a refund or store credit minus a flat rate of $8 for return shipping and handling. The flat rate of $8 is only applicable in the USA and additional fees may apply for international returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs as shipping charges are never refundable — this means your refund or store credit will amount to the total amount you paid less shipping and the $8 return shipping fee.

Items must have their original tag attached, be unwashed, unworn, and show no signs of wear or damage (such as deodorant markings or excess dog hair). If they arrive in a state that cannot be resold, you will not receive your item back, notification, nor refund/credit.

If you would like another item in it's place (exchange), we ask that you purchase that directly from the website while going through the return process. If it's on the website, it's available. This is to expedite the process so you can get the right cozy piece faster and avoid having to wait for long processing times and risk the possibility of items going out of stock by the time your return is ready to be processed.

Local Pickup and Exchange Options
Due to demand, we do not offer local pickups or meetups for exchanges. Every order over $65 gets free shipping, so it's kind of like free delivery ;)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout!
What about duties and taxes?
If your order is shipping outside the United States, recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties; Contour is not held liable for any out-of-country tariffs. Legally, the recipient is responsible for all imported goods.
My package is missing...what do I do?
Once your order has been shipped and tracking provided, it is no longer Contour Creative's responsibility. If your package is lost or not delivered, please contact your local shipping centers with an inquiry. If they need more information than you can provide, please feel free to contact us.
Shrinkage
Most of the products we source are pre-shrunk and will continue to stay the same size as when you get them. Be sure to wash in cold water to ensure maximum wear.
Custom Orders
At the moment, our small operation does not offer any custom orders besides bulk, wholesale requests.
Larger/Smaller Size Availability
To put all of human kind into the 5 major sizes is silly. Some of our tops are available from XXS to 4XL. Because of low demand, we cannot keep all sizes in stock. If you need a different size, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'd love to try to source a shirt that is the perfect fit for you!
Order Processing Time
We make every attempt to process all orders within 5-10 business days. If we have an unusual situation causing the shipment time to be longer, you will be contacted with the option for a refund or to wait until your item is ready.
What does "Unisex" mean?
This means typical men's sizing, but many ladies enjoying wearing it too!
