Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us with your request as soon as possible.

We accept returns on certain items* up to 15 days after delivery. Once we receive your return, it will take us up to 15 days to process a refund. To ensure you get refunded, please add your name and original order number in the package! The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involving returns and shipping is not refundable.

Items must have their original tag attached, be unwashed, unworn, and show no signs of wear or damage (such as excess dog hair).

If you would like another item in it's place (exchange), we ask that you purchase that directly from the website. If it's on the website, it's available. This is to expedite the process so you can get the right cozy piece faster and avoid having to wait long processing times.

***Sale, pre-order, and special release items are ineligible for any type of return***
